Our role...
As marketing consultants to Benihana, we work closely with the operations team to understand how marketing can support the commercial objectives of the business.
We are responsible for defining marketing strategies, identifying the most appropriate message and the creative that is used for delivery and executing the approved strategies across all channels of communication.
Our work is supported by monthly reports to demonstrate the efficacy of the initiatives that have been implemented and the impact on medium and long term objectives.
